Our Customer Referral Scheme 
Terms & Conditions 

    1.    Introduction
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in our Customer Referral Scheme (“Scheme”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    2.    Eligibility
    •    The Scheme is open to individuals aged 18 or over who have previously used our services and completed a job with us.
    •    Employees of CB Plastering Contractors and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
    •    Referrals must be new customers who have not previously used our services.

    3.    How to Refer
    •    To qualify, you must have completed your job and left a review.
    •    Your referral must accept our quote and mention your name at the time of acceptance.
    •    The referred job must officially commence for the referral to be valid.

    4.    Reward
    •    For each valid referral, you will receive a £25 Amazon gift card.
    •    You may earn up to 5 gift cards per calendar year. (May increase in the future)
    •    Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    5.    Claiming Your Reward
    •    Contact us at info@cbplasteringcontractors.co.uk within 30 days of the referred job’s start date to claim your reward.
    •    Provide your name and the name of your referral in your claim.

    6.    Limitations
    •    Referrals that do not result in a job commencement are not eligible.
    •    If multiple referrers claim the same referral, we reserve the right to decide who receives the reward.
    •    We reserve the right to refuse rewards if we suspect fraud or abuse of the Scheme.

    7.    Data Protection
    •    Personal data collected will be used solely for administering the Scheme and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
    •    By participating, you consent to the processing of your data for these purposes.

    8.    Modification and Termination
    •    We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Scheme at any time without prior notice.
    •    Rewards will only be issued for referrals made before any termination.

    9.    Governing Law
    •    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
    •    Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
